MHA Communities Horsforth is a local scheme (formerly known as Horsforth Live at Home) dedicated to helping people aged 55 and over live independently and stay connected to their community. Based at the Central Methodist Church, they tackle isolation through a varied programme of social groups, practical support, and physical activities.
